Obagi aimed to replace its manual, email-driven international order process with a streamlined digital solution. We developed a secure, web-based portal enabling distributors to submit and track orders, while internal teams could manage approvals and fulfilment seamlessly.
Info-Solutions used an Agile (Kanban) approach to deliver a robust order management portal with continuous feedback loops and CI/CD deployment. Integration with Oracle Cloud and Postmark ensured real-time order updates and automated notifications.
